Once you book online you will be sent a confirmation email then a text reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you are unsure of what treatment is suitable or have any queries please don't hesitate to call the clinic (027) 453 6341. If your preferred time is not available please contact us and we will endeavour to make it happen. If you are a New Client to Massage Clinic QT then you will be required to fill out a confidential Client Intake form prior to your appointment. If you could arrive 5-10 minutes to fill out the form. Southern Cross Medical Insurance Reimbursements - Southern Cross Easy-claim:
Registered Massage Therapists (Level 6 & 7) with Massage New Zealand are eligible to provide treatments for clients with Southern Cross who have the 'Body Care' module of the 'Wellbeing' insurance package. Southern Cross have also launched a new day to day 'Health Essentials' consumer plan which is designed to look after clients everyday health needs with a contribution towards costs of 75% for remedial massage therapy performed by a registered RMT. All Massage & Lymphatic therapists who practise at Massage Clinic QT are registered with Massage New Zealand.

Cancellation Policy:
In consideration of other clients who may require an appointment Massage Clinic QT requests that if you can't make your appointment and wish to cancel or reschedule that you do so within 12 hours. Failure to give no notice will incur a full charge of the session booked as cancellation fee.
As the clinic works to scheduled time slots, lateness to an appointment will shorten your session time.
